Each order is fulfilled by an independent ACTI graduate.
Sellers are responsible for:

Packaging

Shipping
-
Delivery
-
Refunds
-
Replacements

Customer service
If there is an issue with your order, the buyer must contact the seller directly.
ACTI may step in only when:

A seller does not respond
-
A seller refuses to follow marketplace policies
-
A pattern of customer complaints occurs
ACTI does not refund on behalf of sellers.
Sellers must follow the ACTI Refund & Dispute Policy.
