Refunds & Order Issues

ACTI Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform.
Each order is fulfilled by an independent ACTI graduate.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Order accuracy

  • Packaging

  • Shipping

  • Delivery

  • Refunds

  • Replacements

  • Customer service

If there is an issue with your order, the buyer must contact the seller directly.

ACTI may step in only when:

  • A seller does not respond

  • A seller refuses to follow marketplace policies

  • A pattern of customer complaints occurs

ACTI does not refund on behalf of sellers.
Sellers must follow the ACTI Refund & Dispute Policy.
